What is Trimethylxanthine?

Trimethylxanthine is the major active ingredient in the weight loss pill, Phen375. Phen375 is an alternative to phentermine pills, which mimics the rapid weight loss effect of phentermine but without majority of the side effects associated with phentermine use. It is also present in regular things like the caffeine in your coffee or your soda.

Trimethylxanthine is a stimulant that belongs to the same family of caffeine, ephedrine (well known in the body building world) and phentermine. These compounds make your metabolism go much faster, hence allowing you to not only have more energy to supplement your work out but to burn stored fats in your body. Trimethylxanthine has a prolonging effect with the chemical compounds in your body so this means that it also stays active in your body for a long period of time. This also means that you need not take too much of this compound to have it working inside your body.

How does Trimethylxanthine work?

Trimethylxanthine works by suppressing your appetite and burning the stored fat in your body. It also has an ergogenic effect – meaning, it enhances your ability to perform both your physical and mental task. This is due to the increased surge of energy brought by the faster metabolic rate in your body. If you notice, this is also the same effect of coffee on your body but in a pill form.

Since trimethylxanthine is present in your body for extended periods of time, you need not take the substance that often, thus reducing the risk of developing an addiction for it. This is a common problem in other weight loss aids such as phentermine. And this is also precisely the reason why the US FDA classifies phentermine as a controlled substance. At least with substances powered by trimethylxanthine, you will not have the same worries.

What are the Good Effects of Trimethylxanthine?

  • Increased metabolic rate
  • Increased mental and physical performance
  • Suppressed appetite
  • Increased energy levels
  • All of which pave the way for effective weight loss

Below are the physical manifestations of the effects of trimethylxanthine. Some may call it side effects while others can simply see it as the drug taking effect:

  • Increased heart rate
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • High energy levels for long periods of time, which can sometimes lead to insomnia
  • Mental alertness

Weigh these effects carefully before you consider taking any substance with trimethylxanthine. At least you can be rest assured that this is already a modified version of other more extreme (and potentially harmful) weight loss aids.
